We don't run free workshops. The Audit is a paid, senior-led engagement with named deliverables — a scorecard, a shortlist, a governance gap, an R&DTI memo. The Big-4 'workshop' is a sales pitch with a deck; ours is a piece of work you can act on whether you hire us next or not.
We'd be honoured if you choose us for the Pilot. We don't condition the Audit on it. The Audit stands on its own and is genuinely useful even if you take the work elsewhere — that's the point of training-led delivery.
